originally signed up with Sanico I paid on a pro-rated basis since I did not start service until the middle of October 2011. The original bill was pro-rated based on the number of pick-ups that would be performed by Sanico for October and not the entire month. Further when I received an email from Sanico on this issue, their email response clearly stated "When someone starts service we do adjust the bill accordingly." This statement would appear to indicate the company's ability to pro-rate a bill based on the number of pick-ups. Finally when I called to cancel my policy I was told that I would be billed on a pro-rated basis based on the date of cancellation. Therefore the response supplied by the company is unacceptable.

Review: I canceled my service the first week in October. I am being billed by Sanico for the entire month of October in lieu of the 1 week of service provided. I sent an email on November 11, 2014 asking for a correction, they responded on the 12th saying they couldn't because they bill for the entire month. I emailed them again on the 12th of November staying that they previously billed me on a pro-rated basis and therefore should not have an issue fixing the bill. I followed up on the 17th and then again on December 9th.Desired Settlement: I receive a bill from Sanico for the month of September and one week in October totaling around $39.00.
