I been doing my filling taxes my taxes almost 20 years . I have never experienced this lack of professional and organization . I filed and signed and paid to efile on April [redacted] 2016. My paperwork want filed till June [redacted] 2016. I found out this information after I was lied to of separate occasions . I was told by Keith my tax prepapar to expect my federal refund on June [redacted] 2016 . I never happened how could it my taxes were never filed . After getting run around from his staff and the no contact I had from Keith after numerous attempts through call, texts he never got back to me. My Taxes sat in that office from April [redacted] till June [redacted] . So my refund got rejected because someone claimed my son. I believe it was so one in connection with that office since my paperwork been sitting there for weeks. To date I still can't get ahold of Keith per my conversation. With the IRS I WILL PICK UP ALL MY DOCUMENTS.. Keith Is a poor excuse of business man and it reflects in his staff and it reflected from the time I walk in the door it was bad experience . I gave his shabby business a try after being referee there. I should have went with my gut and walked outta after been the hour and was not attended to . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! MY FIRST AND LAST TIME!!! KEITH IS A BOY PRETENDING TO BE A MAN RUNNING A BUSSINESS!!
