The $25.00 balance in question for DOS 1/4/16 has been on two statements prior to being on the third statement with a past due notice. Statement dates were 1/4/16, 2/1/16 and past due statement was dated 2/29/16. The statement dated 3/28/16 includes $25.00 balance from 1/4/16, $118.78 dos 2/25/16...

and $25.00 dos 2/25/16.  The past due notice has been on two statements, 2/29/16 statement and 3/28/16 statement because of the $25.00 from 1/4/16 which now has been on four statements.
