I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
They are asking me to send sensative data in the clear. I have also contace the FCC as this is a direct vialoation of several of thier acts. They are in the process of resaearching as well. I don't have an active account, will not open another account--I want it turned off. Each day this goes on I will continue to use them as an example of how a business will drive detractor business because of defunct process. I am aVP in a fortune 500 company and I'm in front of 500-600 people each week teaching customer service. I have also reached out to The [redacted] and have asked them to stop advertising [redacted] because of the way this was handled wiht me.
