I am rejecting this response because: This man is lying, he even contradicts himself in his letter. I never gave the OK to begin work on the seats, he never said that he did not provide estimates over the phone, I never said I wanted to get seat covers on the internet to save money. Those are custom made seat covers that I paid $1,000.00 for. Just because he says he is in business for 30 years doesn't mean he doesn't try to cheat people whom he thinks might be easy targets or maybe he just started the practice or ripping people off.
