We have contacted on 8/* via e-mail and we shipped out the replacement package on Aug *. The first package was considered to be lost by [redacted] but it was delivered on 8/**. A replacement package was delivered on 8/**.

The order was cancelled because payment process did not go through. The payment was voided, thus no money was debited from the account. Thank You.
