Went through the car wash with my brand new GMC Acadia Denali, pulled out and had scatches all down te passenger side, went to go talk to the manager and at first was told no one was there I could speak with, I explained what had happened and out came a manHe unfortunately was not nice whatsoeverGuaranteed the scratches didn't come from that car wash yet I had just pulled outTold me I had to make a police report and they would turn it in to their insurance company for them to laugh atI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
