I had a mortgage closing deadline in less than 24 hours and a survey was requested in a last minute detail. Making my task more difficult it was a federal holiday and most businesses were closed. I randomly called Sands Surveying after reading a few reviews and reached Sheryl. The following morning at 8 am the survey crew arrived, by 1:30 pm there was a completed certified survey in my inbox. I made the closing by 3pm with time to spare. I don't possibly see how the service could get any better. Very impressive, very affordable, and excellent customer service.
