I have brought your concerns to our maintenance & house keeping to reviewNext time you stay with us, Please try one of our upgraded rooms, as I am sure you will be pleased with the changes we are implementingChristee - General Manager Christee R [redacted] December 7, 2016I was surprised to read the response regarding the stay in our Hotel, as this is not the way our rooms are presentedThis guest did not contact the front desk immediately with all the concerns that were posted about the room, as we would of moved them to ensure they were in a satisfactory roomThe guest did not speak to front desk upon check out to voice their concerns nor request any reimbursementOur standards are to ensure we can make our guests feel as comfortable as we can, and if we had been made aware of this, I am sure we could of satisfied their needsThe guest may contact myself directly to try to rectify this situation.Thank you; Christee - General Manager
