I came to the dealership on 7//and was looking to purchase a new camaro, we worked out some numbers and came up that that was out of my price range so I decided to take a look at other choices that would help me purchase a new carI found a cruze went in worked out some numbers they still couldn't help me with the numbers I wanted so they finally got it down to where I was ok with my paymentStill not the payment I wanted but I could handle itSo I came home later that night I realized my millage was high for a new car and it was making a really high revving noise when a.ccame on , so was gonna look at the manual then I found a necklace in the glove compartmentI called back the next day to talk to them to see why didn't they didn't tell me why it was a used or pre owned car.they told me it's not considered a used car if someone returned itSo They were gonna give me a new car but the sales manager told me they can't give me the same kind of rebates so They lowered my payment to make me shut my mouth they didn't add my gap insurance on my new policy so I called back to ask them and they told me to contact my insurance company see if they offer gapThat is them just trying to wash there hand of my problems that they created by far the worst experience ever I will never return to dealership to purchase a car nor will I ever recommend them to anyone everSire hope they don't treat all their buyers in such a mannerStay clear of them
