Please be assured that SBG has very high standards of operation and holds customer safety and... satisfaction upon its top priorities. SBG strives to provide the best customer service to each and every guest to make their Hotel stay(s) and Casino visit(s) joyful and memorable experiences with the hopes that they will return. As such, SBG shares the complainant's concerns and responds as follows:On January 06, 2017, a refund of $470.70 was processed and credited to the claimant's [redacted] ending in ***. This refund was for the reservation made by claimant for the night of December 31, 2016. On January 10, 2017, a refund of $328.06 was processed and credited to claimant's [redacted] ending in ***. This refund was for the reservation made by claimant for the night of December 30, 2016. A total refund, in the amount of $798.76, was credited to the claimant's [redacted] ending in ***. A copy of the refund documentation is enclosed.Upon completion of the Bureau's review of the enclosed documentation, please provide SBG with written confirmation that this matter has been resolved to the Bureau's satisfaction and that no further action is required on SBG's behalf.Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
