the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer in my lifethey are totally incompetentafter a week of negotiations online to lease a carI was told everything was approvedthe day before I was going to pick up the car I get a call telling me there's a problem and I was not approved for the deal we made but I could be approved for a deal that would cost me over a hundred dollars more per monthI was handed one b*** story after anotherDO NOT deal with this dealergo out of your way to find a competent decent dealer

Review: I agreed to co-sign for my daughters car because of financial difficulties she has had knowing I would share responsibility for payments. But the Dealership put me first on the Title without explaining that it would affect my Credit Rating negatively
before any payments are made or that I would get rejection letters from Banks who would not make the Loan sounding like
I am the one with Credit Issues. It was also not explained that I would have to carry the Insurance on our Policy, putting us
at risk on that front. I was not given any copies of Paperwork.
To what extent are Car Dealers subject to Truth in Lending practices?Desired Settlement: I would like their help in obtaining my Credit Reports and if my Credit has been harmed help me right it.
If that can not be done they should be required to explain the consequences of being put first on the title
before they have done that without consent. I should also be sent copies of all signed paperwork.
Review: I purchased a 2006 [redacted] on or about Nov 1 2013 . The first issue: cd player did not work. Radio did. I asked if everything worked and was told yes. I did not have a cd to check it. That was eventually fixed. In the meantime, the brakes were grining, a VERY noticable "swishing" noice was heard in the dash. Car pulled to the left. The mileage on this vehicle should be aprrox 285 city and 325+ HIGHWAY PER tank. This car was getting 209-212 per Tank. I literally watched the gas gauge move down when the ignition was on. Then, the topper, the vehicle waould not start. This occurred several times. Of course it did not do this when at the dealership. (swishing noise still apparent also) Was not fixed. I was told they do not know for sure... In order for me to NOT be stranded with this so-called SUV I put it in nuetral to see if it would turn on. It did. So, I have had this car for ALMOST three months, whereas any warranty will be exhausted. I also purchased the "extended warranty" which is reflected in my payments to [redacted]. The folks at the dealership have been rude with one exception., Amy. I have had their loaner vehicle now since before Christmas. I was told that the Non-starting problem has not been happening "each time [redacted] goes out and starts the car", quote from [redacted] in service. I am Rudely told by same individual that I must return the loaner for "other customers use". And that there is a part ordered on back order for the [redacted] and that I would have to bring said car back in. I told [redacted] that isn't right, and he said" the part that was ordered is not detrimental to the driving of the vehicle"......WHAT???????? Then why order it??? I refuse to keep wasting time and energy and gas money to be treated so shabbily and spoken to in such a fashion when my vehicle is not fixed properly and my confidence as a consumer in such vehicle (and dealership) is shattered. I no longer want this "lemon" like vehicle. There are too many issues with this [redacted] and said dealership. I unfortunatley do not have all of the dates of complaints and calls and visits to the dealership. I have everything/receipts in Equinox.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of my $10,000 or a reliable trade in of a car/sedan newer/and not with more miles than purchased.
