Review: Sandra Lynns School of Dance is financially managed by [redacted] a daughter of [redacted] she changes the financial statements of the clients and overcharges. She bullies the clients into paying INFLATED prices that were not ORIGINALLY on the contract or financial statements provided to the clients. My financial statements have been changed on several occasions, resulting in higher fees and charges. I have proof that [redacted] is guilty of misappropriation of funds and false advertisement as well as breaching my contract. I also have at least 15 other former clients that can also contest to the fact that [redacted], acting on behalf of Sandra Lynn's School of Dance, have also changed figures on their accounts showing more money is due than is correct as well as misappropriation of funding.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $1012.06, which is what the amount that [redacted] working on behalf of Sandra Lynns School of Dance have FALSELY submitted to a creditor. I would also like to receive a refund of $673 which is the amount that [redacted] cost me to loss in competitions fees, which were paid directly to Sandra Lynns School of Dance. If these amounts are not satisfied then I will take the next step and file a civil suit against the business for theft, and falsification.

Response:
Sandra Lynn’s School of Dance does not financial change statements and over charge our customers. This particular customer asked for an early termination of her competitive contract and at that point was charged for the remainder of her contract per the terms of the contract, which this customer signed and agreed to. Everything is written clearly in our contract and customers are only approached about resolving financial matters when their account is delinquent. We haven’t breached the competitive contract and have given all related material to the Revdex.com. This customer has decided to open her own dance studio and 15+ former customers have moved to the new studio, which suggests as a competitor she has financial and business interests that she believes she will improve by slandering Sandra Lynn’s School of Dance.
