Sandpiper Lodge

Review: I was on vacation with my family and made a reservation at Sandpiper Lodge, about

1 hr before we got to Santa Barbara. Then we decided not to stay at this place I stopped

At Sandpiper Lodge & my wife went inside to cancel the reservation when she came out

She said the guy inside was very rude (unprofessional) he said I’m not cancelling the reservation.

My question is why should I pay for a room service that this place sis not provide, is not fare. I understand and will paid any charges for cancelation fees but not the full amount.

I cancel this reservation about 1hour after we made it.Desired Settlement: A Cancelation Fee, not the full amount of the rental room service.
