immediately called you and left you a voice mail. I said that we were sorry and wanted to make you happy. I statedat my name was Cathy S[redacted], and left you my cell phone # for you to call me back.I never received a phone call from you, a few days later I received a letter from the Revdex.com. I was really surprised. In 29 years of business that has never happenedto us. We take pride in making our customers happy. I tell the staff constantly that the customer is always right. I am truly sorry that this situation happened to you and thank you for bringing it to our attention. Because if there is a problem, we cannot fix it, if we are unaware of the problem. I am sending you a check for fifteen dollars and a gift ertificate in the amount $25.00 in hopes that you will give us another chance to make ou a happy customer again, as obviously we have made you happy in the past as you stated that you have been coming here for fifteen years, and we greatly appreciate that.So again, thank you for telling us about your problem, so that we can correct it and make right. I hope that you will give us another chance. Again, thank you, and attached is agift certificate for $25.00, and refund of$15.00 check made out to you.Sincerely,
