At this time, I have been contacted directly by RBC Law Center regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:RBC contacted me on Friday, November *** They simply stated that they are still working on my case and they mentioned that they had been contacted by the Revdex.com in regards to a complaint from myself.At this point, there has been no resolution in my case I have not received an outcome or my money back The only difference is that they have contacted me more frequently than before I submitted my complaint with the Revdex.com.I still need resolution as we are going on a year come January and they initially said months.Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
