July 29, 2016Revdex.com 7007 Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque NM 87109RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern;Lence Jorgensen, Managing Member of Sandia Real Estate Investments and Jorgensen Investments am very disappointed and concerned that a tenant...
believed she was not taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. We strive very hard to uphold strict business practices to ensure safe clean properties. We work closely with all our tenants to ensure they fully understand the benefits and responsibilities of a rental agreement, with a Landlord and tenant relationship. We have many satisfied tenants that have been with us for many years and even return to rent from us again. We feel this is because it is good business practice to inform all parties of their responsibilities and obligations. We take our responsibilities and obligations very seriously. We have many checks and balances in our systems to insure issues are addressed in a timely manner. We try to help solve these issues as effectively and as efficiently as possible.[redacted] was a reasonably good tenant at the beginning. She did take care of the property and showed "pride of ownership" However, she is making false accusation against us that could be considered slander. Our records show she was late on rent 4 times (30 % of the time) in her 12 month lease. She was only asked to pay two late fees. Miss [redacted] has other lease violations that can be referenced at our office.Miss [redacted] was given the appropriate deposit money back considering the condition in. which she left the property. She had a responsibility to leave the property in "same condition as received". [redacted] asked to paW a few walls when she moved in. We allowed her to do so as long as she returned them back to the original color when she left. She did not. There was no deduction for normal wear and tear to the property. Broken window shades, broken door latches and urine in the carpet, pad, and sub floor are not normal wear and tear items.I do not believe [redacted] personally did all the damage to the property. However, she was responsibility for the property during the lease since she allowed various guests to stay there which is in violation of the lease. Perhaps it was these guests caused this damage and now are costing her money? Either way [redacted] called and asked if we might have a property in the future we could lease to her, that she enjoyed leasing from us and would do it again. This does not sound like someone who felt our Property Management was terrible. Sincerely, Lence J[redacted]Managing MemberSandia Real Estate Investments, LLCJorgensen Investments LLC###-###-####
