On behalf of the owner who is extremely ill, her son has filed this response on this complaint Due to the inappropriate behavior of the customer, the customer has forfeited their right to the clothing and they are not to come near the business ever again under the premise of trespassing on company property, we will contact the law to take action for trespassing
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company has had our clothes since the first week of DecI have called several times, wrote letters, and went to the business many times and have had no response till we went to the business on 4-9-and the son was there I knocked on the door and in a very mean voice he said I hear you with a dirty lookWe both said rude things to each other because I feel he has sold my clothes for money A lot of time has passed and someone could have responded to my letters or calls I am very frustrated I called the police on 4-9-because the son called me a b
