We are a church, Christ Temple, A Monument of Faith, Spring Lake, NC We contracted with Steve to remove several walls, replace damaged sheetrock and replace damaged and rotted floor boards We signed the contract, gave a down payment and Steve did not fulfill the contract All the necessary repairs that I brought to his attention that were in the contract, he tried to assess an additional costHe became hostile and HE EVEN PLAYED THE RACE CARD! I am the same nationality and told him I do not do that The Church is presently taking him to court to recoup our money

I had horrible experience with MrBullockWasn't a man of his wordHad problems with him changing the price after quoting a pricePlaced water proofing around my home and did foundation workThe water proofing still allows water to seep throughI called MrBullock he came out and said he would come back once it dried and fix itHe never came back or called
