Sanders Wealth management has sent me several unsolicited letters bugging me to change financial advisors when mine changed from *** to ***. I emailed Nathan S and asked him to stop the letters. He then followed up with advertising his business to my email address. He is spamming me constantly thru mail and now email! He is worse than the telemarketers!
Client requested to be removed 4 days ago. She was removed immediately. Any and all emails to be removed can take weeks to remove as they are automated systems through outside vendors unless client clicks "unsubscribe" which she failed to do until today. She has been removed from mailings and unsubscribed from emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I was NEVER a client of this business. I received 4 UNSOLICITED letters that were mailed to my home address. I never received an email until AFTER I requested that I be removed from their system. Once I received the one and only email on August 18, 2020, I immediately requested to be unsubscribed. This business has responded with false allegations about me and my situation.

I have proof with my name listed as a representative on their financial accounts. She STILL has an open account here. Her advisor left. I was reassigned as representative before this client moved to her new firm. I am not at liberty to divulge this information to a public site. The letters were mailed as a kind notification that her advisor had moved-we are required to do this. These accusations are completely false and baseless. She requested to be removed and we updated it as quickly as possible. Most firms request to be allowed several weeks to completely remove a customer from their records. She filed a complaint with Revdex.com in less than 4 days after her request. I will be happy to mail the client a list of all accounts showing my name on them as representative to her address of record. She may request this verbally by calling our office. She has our number.
