This company is a double-edged sword. I had to have technicians out twice to fix a problem with my AC unit. The fan motor was wired wrong and had burned out, so a technician came out and replaced it. It turned out that the motor was bad out of the box, not the fault of Sanders, but of the manufacturer. When I called them back about it, they were out the next business day, replaced the motor, and didn't bill me. Fast forward 3 months, and I get a bill for labor.

I contacted the owner, who said that the technician had no business saying I wouldn't be charged, that she expected me to pay, or that she would take it out of the technician's paycheck. Not only is that not information I need to know, but you don't do your employees that way. He did the job right, fixed a problem, and didn't see fit to charge to do the same job twice. The way the owner undermined him, saying "He's just a tech." was completely rude and unprofessional. If not for the techs, she wouldn't have a business.

Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians and nothing but bad things to say about management. Use with caution.
