Review: Had extensive work done upon purchase of vehicle. Major work on control arms and suspension on 02 Jeep cherokee.Intial complaint was noise from undercarriage which was from control arms.Vehicle was serviced by Technic and sound was still going after 2 1/2 years(I was told it would go away soon). Got an oil change by [redacted] and they discovered and showed me the damage on my control arms and said it NEVER was replaced.Thereafter before I went back to Technic I went for my annual inspection and it Failed. I have visited the shop and Hero a worker at the shop says the [redacted] hasn't been there in WEEKS, NO one will help and I personally have the [redacted]s numbers and he has NOT returned none of my calls!Desired Settlement: I have proof that I paid for the expenses done to my vehicle which is over $1400.My estimation from [redacted] is for around $1800.
