Mr***? and I have been in contact and have resolved the issueSanders Roofing & Exteriors made a mistake and acknowledge that fact, and although we did not use a “shoddy” product on Mr***’s patio, we did put a steel roof on an aluminum frame which is just too heavy a product for that frameAll of the aluminum framing materials were painted and the salesman made an honest mistake thinking it was painted steelWe do not see aluminum patio structures very often and he just didn’t think to checkOur sincerest apologies to Mr***.?
