In reference to the email we received from you today, we attempted to call the customer We were unable to speak with him, but left a message to return our call We then called and spoke to his contractor who assumed everything was o.k We also spoke to our installer who said
complaint had been resolved on June 9, We will follow up on this issue Monday July 3, and Wednesday July 5, We would like to make sure everything has been resolved.Sincerely, Marsha ***Office Manager828-295-
