I refer to case #XXXXXXXXLet us recall the situation with the customer regarding the portion of food sold to himThe food was sold at 4:PM on 8/4/and he called to complaint of missing food portion after PM the same dayWe
advised him to bring back his food so we can top off the amount that was missing according to himWe also asked him to bring his measuring cup so we can verify what was missingWe intend to top off the food to his satisfactionHowever the customer instead demanded for more pint of foodWe informed him that this could not be done unless we could see the food he purchase and we indeed verify that portions were incorrectThe customer immediately threated to report us to your establishment the Revdex.comWe informed him that we can't stop his action and change his decisionThe conversation ended with the customer repeatedly threating to report us to the Revdex.com
We like to clarify and emphasize that we have attempted to work with the customer even though it has been about hour between his order and complaintWe can't simply by his complaint without any verificationOur food portions are generous and so we cannot understand the customer's concernsIn fact we have always be giving full to the bin of our measurement containerPlease understand that the customer has been uncooperative and unreasonableUnless we could verify his concerns, we could not yield to his unreasonable demand of refund or more foodThank you for handling the matter

I actually called them shortly after getting home with their foodIt wasn't hours laterI at no point asked for a refund simply the pint of food thy didn't give me as I ordered a Quart of foodAs for "put alittle more food in" I mean how is that eevn a responce? They advertised a quart of food, then served a pint of food, then claim a fair settlement for their Bait and Switch is "I put alittle more ontop"? All I wanted was the quart of food I paid forIf golden dragon on portage doesn't want to give a quart of food away, then they should not he allowed to advertise their food as being sold by the quartIt is baiting and switching and it is illegalNow, seeing how bolens dragon wants to claim I demanded a refund, I now want a refund to not press charges food baiting and switching meCharging me for a quart of food and giving me a pintI would also like to point out that golden dragon admitted that in their responce to youThanks
