Job not properly done. Same existing problems not resolved. Too much money spent for a bad job.
This company built us a patio with pavers. It cost us $10,000. Soon after the problems started. Pavers were constantly coming off. This still continues to happen even after they've come out a few times. But even at the beginning we noticed sand seeping out the sides. They even admitted they forgot to put the plastic liner in the wall area. Which they said they went back and inserted it. However, one side of the wall was a foot away from a wood fence at the time. We recently replaced our fence and during that time realized that sand was seeping from the porch wall. I have not had any success getting them back out here. They even said made a comment about my warranty being over. But the problems are the same existing problems not being resolved or fixed. Not sure how to handle this.
