New electric skateboard company, experienced many delays during product development and distribution months from order date to delivery (October - February 2016) Through Kickstarter I anticipated these delays, and with patience, received the product and currently it's meeting my performance and quality expectations I don't have any complaints, except for communication breakdown and delays caused by unforeseen problems which also went unanswered In the end, all I really cared about was the product was delivered I understand many people have requested refunds after deadlines went whooshing by, and because of delays have also experienced delays, but from my experience, patience is required to avoid frustration It's not a scam, and the product performs as advertised
