The crews sent out by Deke K[redacted], the company's owner, were fantastic. From the guys who laid the new wood flooring to the guys who sanded & refreshed our extant wood floor, to the fellows who graciously made MULTIPLE different stain/finish "swatches" (read 6 or 7 different colors/shades/types!) to help us decide which color/finish we wanted--each individual worker was knowledgeable, helpful, & gracious. Deke came by at the end of the project to look it over and make sure we were happy with the work. We are VERY pleased with the work they did for us; now we're saving up to get them to refinish the floors of another house our family owns. I highly recommend this company/crew.
