In response to your letter ,on said day a rack and pinion ( Steering Box ) lost two of its lower bolts that were factory sealed by SACO In my opinion the driver did a great job of driving in that circumstance and getting all back safely , once he returned, a new rack and pinion was put on the buggy, which took min ( granted not min) We have several new boxes in stock for it is the sand dunes and parts do break We have been in business since and have an impeccable safety record and always take our customers safety very seriously or we wouldn't be in business Said customer never tried to reach me , if he did I would have explained the situation , We are very sorry this person feels the way they do At sand dunes frontier safety always comes first and our vehicles are inspected through out the year by a variety of government agencies Here is a pict of said item that is in stock and was replaced
