I ordered a bedding from them to be delivered to my PO Box. I always check to see if a company allows to ship to PO Boxes before completing the order. I didn't see anything to say that they didn't ship to them, so I placed my order. Well they shipped it through UPS, who claims they do not have a service that can ship to PO Boxes. Anyway, I contacted Sand Cloud to see what can be done if they can ship my order back when they receive it and I can provide a separate address. After some arguing and them blaming me, they said when they received it they will ship it back to the new address. I received notification on April 15th that it was returned. I contacted Sand Cloud, per their request, on April 24th and let them know that it was back at their warehouse. They are claiming it's not there "yet". I contacted them again tonight, April 28th, for an update and they are still claiming it isn't there.
I also placed another order for their "amazing" towel and immediately realized I didn't change my shipping address after my order was placed. Their email states that I can reply to the email with any further requests regarding the order so I did. I asked them if they can update the shipping address to my alternate address because of the above mentioned issue. They stated they will "honor the request if available". Not sure how it wouldn't be available..its changing the location of the product that I ordered..
This company has awful customer service and cannot handle any type of negative experience or accommodate any request to alter something simple. They treat the customer having a negative experience as if they are demanding everything on their site for free when you're not. If you're going to order from them, make sure your order is correct the first time and that you can receive the order at your location or you will not be helped at all.

I am sorry for the bad service that you have experienced. That is not a reflection on our customer service and our company. I reviewed all of your threads and see that your new order is out of stock, so that order will ship out when we receive the towels in to the new address you provided us. For the first order with bedding, I did some investigating and it was returned to a wrong address that wasn't our fulfillment center which is why it said it was delivered but we never got it. I can either send you the product to the same address as your second order or I can refund you for the bedding.

I tried emailing the email provided and it bounced back saying Address not found. I would like my bedding. As I stated in my original comment, I sent an email to have my towel shipped to a different location. I am not sure if that was updated but if it was I would like it shipped there please and thank you
