Sanctuary Wellness Spa

I purchased a salt session on 6/10/2020 and made the appointment for 6/11/2020 @ 9:00am. I went for my appointment on 6/11/2020 and confirmed my appointment while being parked in front of the establishment. I waited until 9:20am and nobody ever showed up to open the spa. I called twice that morning and never got an answer before I left. Since then, I have called and left several messages and email and have never gotten any response back. After a week the message was changed to reflect that they were closed due to the Coronovirus but there's signage to reflect that at the location. My "spa account" reflects that I was a no show on 6/11/20. I went back to the spa on 6/18/20 and was told by a neighboring business that the spa had closed and they were moving equipment out of the space. Now my $35.00 payment processed through on 6/11/2020. As of this date (6/26/20), I have not heard anything from this establishment.
