Review: I purchased a [redacted] from this business for (3) sets of eyelashes for $130 by [redacted] at the Sanctuary Salon and Spa. I used two of them on my mother I. After appt the recepitonist gave me a paper for third one and I lost the paper they gave me. [redacted] remembers that I only used two and refused to do the third set---said she told me that I must have this paper she didnt tell me anything and it was the receptionist who gave me the paper---very rude bad customer service. Not to add to the fact she was 20 minutes late to our appointment.Desired Settlement: She should refund 1/3 of $130 since services were not used.
