Sanchez Tax and Legal Services

I was filing ,my tax with Sanchez Tax Services ( Aisha Bethea ) for current year 2020 and paid them for their services but after the payment she is not answering my call nor replying to my messages.
She is a BIG FRAUD! so please be aware of her and don't pay her a single penny in advance. Attaching the screenshot of my payment as a proof to my statement.

She's a fraud and should be reported to IRS. Don't ever file taxes with her. She took our money and never filled out taxes. She later asked for more money and threatened me to mess up my student status. She's also xenophobic.

[redacted] contacted my office regarding her illegal status in this country. She wanted our office to assist her with any recommendation on how to change her status. She was advised of our deposit fee upfront of $500.00 we secure these deposits so that individuals such as [redacted] do not start this process then change their mind once it's completed. There is also a consultation fee of $175.00 that is included in the $500.00 fee. We offered to refund the balance of the $500.00 minus the consultation fee but instead she chose to file a complaint. Review: I'm filing this complaint base on the fact that I was mislead by [redacted], from Sanchez tax and legal services. I was referred to her by a former co-worker. We spoke a couple times, but I realize that her story was never the same. She always pushing me to make a deposit so the process could start.On numerous occasion she insisted on different options to send her the money.During the first week she called me everyday. I sent her $500 on the ** of January. Through western union.This was on a Monday, she sent me a typed makeshift receipt via email. No calls from her for the entire week after I sent the $500. The Sunday, I think it was Super Bowl Sunday, I called her and asked for a refund. She asked me to write a letter stating why I needed the refund, I did. I stated the facts I'm my letter. She replied describing me the most unprofessional way.We went back and forth a couple times via emails. All I want is for this so called lawyer to send my refund to me.
