San Ventura Luxury Rentals

This place is a joke! They claim to be luxery rentals however everything is always broken The complex is gated which is why I moved in and the gates are open more then they are closed They are always having issues with them breaking and having to call someone to come fix them which takes over 2-weeks sometimesThe gym has tredmills and a bike and they are never working The gym here is pointless!
There are grilling areas I use and the grills never work If your lucky you may get one to start on a random day But dont bring you meat out until they start because the food will end up spoiling before you can get the grill to lightThe second floor apartments have carpet and the quality of the carpet is horrible and you find missing chunks all over the floor all the timeI have told the office staff my issues and depending who you talk to depends on if you will get a work order in or notThe rent here is way to high to be having issues on a weekly basis I have NEVER had this many issues with an apartment communityI would advised NO ONE to ever rent here!!!

This apartment complex charges way too much for all the issues that you have you have to deal with since we have been here I have got my car towed after I was told by the front office told me it was okay for me to have it here for 4 days the day that we moved in is the day our car was towed. We have had flooding where the the roof starts peeling off because of the people that live above us it took them a couple days to come and take care of that. We have had issues with air condition and everyone knows in Arizona you need your air condition. And now we are having issues with their garbage disposal for the past month we have been calling the front office and telling them that our garbage disposal is not working when we try to use the dishwasher the water from the sink where the garbage disposal is that comes into dishwasher and get the dishes all dirty and then it leaks all over the floor to where it's going to the front door. We are call the front office and told him about this issue and they keep telling us that there is people with more important problems well since I can't clean my dishes I can't cook food for my 3 kids which means I have to buy food every night which is an inconvenient for me so I would not recommend this place to anyone.
