there was a warning light which was on but had gone outThe only code stored in the vehicle computer system was for a evaporative system leak, which may have been due to a loose gas cap sincc the light did go out.The vehicle returned to our facility 1/3/@ miles for a check engine lightAt this time, the only code in the computer system was for #cylinder misfire.Upon diagnosis of vehicle, we recommend replacement of #ignition coilUnfortunately ignition coils arc not a listed component under the customers extended policyThis was reviewed with the store general manager and in interest of the customer we did offer to assist with the repair, and would only charge customer $100.00* (Same deductable as extended policy)did review this option with the customer on 1-9-and she did decline assistance on that day* To date there have been no repairs performed or any out of pocket expenses to customer, (diagnostic or repair).Please feel free to contact me directly if you need any further assistance.Michael N*** (Service manager)Sans Souci Motors
