A broken mirror? First of all, *** *** *** tried to pay the invoices which resulted in his credit card being declined. Then, after several attempts to call him, he would not answer the phone, return any messages, or respond to any emails requesting payment. Then, *** advised me that he was being relocated to ***, and that I should talk to *** *** to receive payment. I tried several times to call *** which results similar to that of *** in which neither phone call or emails were not returned. As a result of neither owner returning either a call or email has resulted in my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and seeking restitution
Moreover, neither *** *** or *** *** *** has brought any broken mirror to my attention. Never once have I even witnessed a broken mirrror. Never once had any of the two *** came to me and said that a customer is complaining about a broken mirror. If there was a broken mirror, and they took care of it, I have no recollection of as it was never brought to my attention
*** *** *** and *** *** are obviously trying to scam me out of my service. I have for both invoices written signatures that indicate that my services were installed and accepted as complete. The only part that is left in this transaction is to receive payment from Forever Baths in full. Anything short of this will and can result in a contractor's lien placed against each property and/or lawsuit

completed and would not resolve my complaint until completed. The mirror portion of the job has been completed. We are continuing to work with the business on resolving the remaining issue, but the job is not yet completed. Until we have reached an acceptable resolution for both parts of the complaint, I am not ready to close the complaint file.Regards,*** ***

This [redacted] installed light fixtures improperly resulting in a very large mirror cracking ...we were forced to replace mirror
at a cost in excess of the amount due ......

We have serviced the mirror portion and are now in the process of sourcing the granite to replace cracked section.
