They double charged me for my lunch on 6/10/ On June 10, my bank/ [redacted] card was swiped twice for my lunch purchaseThe computer shut down after they swiped my card the first time a $charge, The manager said that since the recipt didn't print they had to swipe my card again ($with tip) to get my signature for paymentWhen I returned to ask for my money back for the first charge I was told they would send it back to my bank accountI have now been there to speak to their manager timesI was able to show them the double charge and they are full aware of their mistake and keep telling me that they are refunding the charge but have yet to do soWhen I call on the phone they act like they don't understand me
