*** *** *** *** *** ***Aloha ***, Hope this email finds you well I wish I could be writing under better circumstances.I wanted to reach out and apologize for the experience you had in our Paia, Maui store last month The performance of our sales associate was completely unacceptable, and I'm so sorry you did not receive an apology sooner That sales associate was just recently hired, and had the promo deals confused that day This of course is no excuse, and not your fault in anyway I am extremely disappointed in the fact that she turned you away, as you were angry, and you had every right to be. May I have your address to send you a token of our appreciation? I sincerely apologize again, we truly appreciate your bringing this to our attention, as we addressed this issue and repercussions directly with the entire staff Thank you so much.
