Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/06/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I stated in my email dated 5/28/15, the details of my complaint was resolved to my satisfactionIt's no secret that I had also filed a complaint with BARI believe I have that right to do soI was not going to pay the repair shop for work they failed to performOne of the co-partners of the shop admitted this particular service was not performed, so the charge was removed from the final invoiceThere were several delays by the shop ordering a new mattressThe delays stretched over a period of more than a monthThe first mattress was the wrong size, the second mattress was damaged, and the third mattress was again the wrong sizeRemember the shop ordered the mattress, not me
The repair shop failed to mention in their response that they prepared three different estimates with different estimate totalsI was given a copy of the first estimate they said was sent to my insurance companyHowever, when I contacted my insurance company, they did not have the same estimate as the one the shop gave meI asked my insurance company to send me a copy of the estimate they received from the shopIn the end the shop prepared three different estimatesThe total on each estimate cost was greater than the previous estimateYes, BAR told them they had to charge the lower priced estimate, and the shop agreed to do so
I was baffled by the repair shop's response to the Revdex.com when the person stated, "our answer is simpleWe work within the requirements of the insurance companies and will not participate in trying to defraud the insurance companies"Who sent in the estimate? Who prepared three different estimates? Who caused the delays in getting my motorhome repaired?
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/06/15) */
This matter was reviewed by the BAR and file closedNo further action will be warranted and counter productiveThis matter is closedShe had to pay for some of the items she refused to pay for as instructed by the BAR

Thank you
