This lengthy documents outlines the obligations and duties of everyone that participates, including the Association and its members. Article II of the Declaration provides that each deeded owner has certain rights and obligations. They have, for example, the right to make a reservation to use their timeshare annually. Article V states each timeshare member, by accepting a deed for a timeshare interval, agrees to pay annual maintenance assessments. Nowhere in the Declaration is there an obligation or requirement for the Association to accept the return of any timeshare interval.
