The supervisor spoke to the patient, [redacted] on 08/29/2016 bout receiving a bill 6 months later.  The insurance had previously processed the claim incorrectly, we were waiting for them to reprocess the claim correctly before billing the patient.  The insurance reprocessed the claim on 07/29/2016 and a statement went to the patient in August 2016.  We apologized for the lateness but wanted it to be processed correctly by the insurance plan, after explaining this process the patients was satisfied. thank you for this opportunity. Kim B[redacted]Clinic Billing Office Director
