Customer called with a leak in the winter when the siding was too brittle to work with, I did a temporary patch and ordered specialty materials I would need for a proper repair.It just so happened that the first week that it was nice I was on a cruise and had limited phone serviceAs soon as I got back I had it repaired and we shouldn't have any more trouble with thatCustomer is satisfied with repair and said she would write to you letting you know that as well.Regards, [redacted]
