Customer called with a leak in the winter when the siding was too brittle to work with, I did a temporary patch and ordered specialty materials I would need for a proper repair.It just so happened that the first week that it was nice I was on a cruise and had limited phone service. As soon as I got...

back I had it repaired and we shouldn't have any more trouble with that. Customer is satisfied with repair and said she would write to you letting you know that as well.Regards,[redacted]
