The above statement is false. The business left the site where they were catering immediately after the food was issued. It appeared the employees that were operating the business on the day in question were in a hurry to conclude the business transaction and be on their way. This practice does not make sense as they are being paid to provide a thoroughly cooked meal regardless the time it takes them to properly prepare it. If they are unwilling to take the time to safely prepare it then they should not offer it on their menu.
