after months and numerous phone calls and emails this is the first time I even knew the general manager's namehe has never reached out to me2. I am fileing complaints with the FTC and state attorney general for deceptive trade practices. I am convinced that investigation will show that this dealership regularly steers buyers into high subprime interest rates in order to receive money off those high rates. the dealership financial people input data into the Harley Davidson system that keeps the buyer from qualifying for the lower rates that are available based on actual income and credit scores and does not show the buyer the rate and term figures during the e-signing of documents and does not provide copies of the documents at time of signing
