The hours this business is suppose to be open sucks! They are closed Tuesday and Thursday during the week along with the customer service person taking lunch from 11:30am until 1pmwhenever they are suppose to be thereNot convenient for customer service! The office is posted to be closed for days (12,16,23-December, 1-January) along with the closings Tuesdays and Thursdays!!! The office might be small but they should at least have people there to cover each other during lunchTHIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY MEANS!!!!
As a recent customer to SIEA I have had nothing but bad experiencesEach time I call with questions the employees make me feel like it is an inconvenience for them to have to answer my questionsWhen signing up I asked details on the deposit, I was told "if you want power you will pay it, that is what it is." I have asked questions about energy star rebate programs and was directed to the SIEA websiteI asked for more specific information the employee very rudely began rambling off numbers and then stated, print the form and bring it in with the requested information My observations in short are that this company doesn't value their customers in the slightest regard and as a customer your a number and nothing moreBe aware of this and expect to be treated as such when you have any issues and ask for help
