The person who is filing this complaint is not a client but a neighbor to the clients I worked for and had my contract with. My contract with my client specifies that we are not responsible for any damage we may cause to plants that are 3 feet from a painted surface; see last attachment with red wording. All the plants that were damaged fall within this category. Therefore she should be contacting my clients not me for compensation.
