Chicago IL XXXXX and it was not returned by the Post OfficeThe letter informed him that the ticket was validThe amount now due and owed is $

This response further state the lack of effort to contact meOne signal letter was supposedly sent yet the fines and fees were escalated times according to the SFMTA's websiteNo phones calls, emails or follow up letters were sentBut fines escalated to more than double!? This is a gross misuse of authority and has no justification for these additional fines
I am trying to meet a middle ground of the original cost of the tickets which is more than reasonable

Mr*** called LDC collection systems inquiring about the ticket and he was informed at that time that we do not report to credit bureau and he still had time to clearAnother notice was sent 01/15/informing him of the new balance owedThe ticket he received and the notices he received states that additional fees will be added if not paidHe was aware of the ticketThe amount due is valid and owed

I was told by LDC they would not report to the credit bureaus until the end of the yearOr do they not report to the credit bureaus at all, ever? I was not given the opportunity to "clear" anything except the already absurdly large fines and inflated feeI did not receive any "notices" as you state and your statement previously says only one notice (singular) was sent before it was put in LDCs handsMy contention remains the same that I contested this ticket and heard of no ruling on the materFees were added to this account without my knowledgeIt is even stated by SFMTA the only one letter was even attempted to be sent but yet fines and fees were assessed times!! I never receive the one but it's even more wrong that there wasn't at least an attempt before the other fees were assessedThe telephone is a great way to contact people and should have been utilized
