[redacted] was advised no further action will be taken. I apologize but due to the privacy act we are unable to give specifics on the outcome of her claim.

I am rejecting this response because: I've only received an after business hour call. I called back and was unable to get...
through to anyone. I left a message to call me back and still have not received a call during business hours where someone can speak to me. I have the call log if necessary to show as proof. It's impossible to get through an automated system when it's after business hours and it goes from one message to another. It doesn't allow you to place the extension in either. I had to maneuver the system to finally be able to find a system that allowed the extension.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The representative that I spoke to stated that the account was changed to someone named [redacted]. She stated that, the person named [redacted] was making the payments under my [redacted] account information. I never authorized anyone to use my [redacted] account. She understood that there is no way that I can provide proof of a phone conversation. So she requested my lease agreement. I called the company today and because it is 7 years ago they do not have any information on file for me anymore. I do not have any documents either. I don't save documents that are 7 years old. I don't know what other way to prove that I gave my notice and that I was no longer living in the residence. They clearly have proof that the account was under another individuals name and not mine. They are aware that I was not making payments out of my account to [redacted]. This is because I no longer lived in the residence. I do not owe a month's bill with [redacted], someone named [redacted] does. I never called [redacted] nor did I authorize usage of my account. She stated that I called and allowed this person to use my account but that never happened. I am unaware of the person named as well.
