Review: San Diego Yard Care started work on a small backyard project on 6/5/2015 with a 3-5 day time estimate for completion. They worked for four days. During that time, I left numerous voice mail messages and e-mails for someone (a supervisor) to call me back regarding the work, b/c I was concerned we were not on the same page. When I got home from work on 6/9/15, the work crew was gone already. They had been working on a stone walkway, but the shape of the walkway was wrong, the stone was wrong, and the amount of stone was pitifully inadequate. The rest of the work was incomplete. A supervisor stopped by to show me some stone samples for a wall that was built, and I explained to him the problems with the walkway. He told me he was headed back to the office and to give him one hour and he would call me back to straighten things out. That was on 6/9/15. One week has passed with no word from this company despite my numerous voicemails and e-mails. In the meantime, my back yard is an incomplete mess. To add insult to injury, they left a pile of materials in my driveway, so I cannot use my own garage.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to finish the job, but I am not willing to continue to wait. I have already left them a message letting them know I intend to hire another company within days if they do not return my calls. I would like to be contacted by the company and if they can not or will not complete the job correctly and within the quoted dollar amount, I would like them to come pick up all the stuff they left behind.
